Water Endurance 5+

If you are saying “I want my child to be a Stronger Swimmer” then this is the course for them. This level will focus on learning all 4 strokes and learning to tread water more comfortably. Before starting this level, participants should be able to swim independently for at least half the length of the pool.

Ratio is 5:1. Lesson time is 25 minutes.

This class is for ages 5 years and up and will focus on learning freestyle with rhythmic breathing and backstroke. Students will also learn to dive, tread water more efficiently and get rings from the deep end.

Cancellation policy CANCELLATIONS Peace of Mind Swimming reserves the right to cancel any classes or activities due to low enrollment or any other reasonable cause. If a class is cancelled, you will be notified by email and a refund will be given. To cancel registration for a group swim lesson or private lesson, refund requests must be received 7 business days prior to start date. $20 administrative fee will apply for all refunds requested. Due to the seasonal nature of the program, there are no credits or refunds for missed classes.
